How long is the order processing time?
Every item is created by order. The processing time is varied on individual items and print shops. Here is an estimate processing time for each category -
Notebook: 5 - 8 days
Pillow: 2 - 5 days
Tote: 2 - 5 days
Coffee mug: 2 - 5 days
The average processing time in US print shop is 3 days. Once an item is created, it will be shipped out right away.
What are shipping rates?
The item will be shipped out from print shop in Montreal Canada and Charlotte US. We offer flat rate on standard shipping time based on each category -

How long will my order to get me?
Notebook and Bookmarks are created in print shop located in Montreal and Toronto, Canada Pillow, Tote and Mug is produced in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The estimated delivery time for each category to Canada and USA -

What delivery options do you offer?
We use Canada Post Expedited with tracking and USPS first class mail or DHL (US print shop to Canada) with tracking. (NOTE: DHL only offer tracking info up to Canada border. It doesn't offer additional tracking info inside Canada.)
Can I track my orders?Yes. Every order comes with tracking info after shipped out.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we only ship to Canada and the USA for now.
What are taxes that I have to pay?Notebooks are produced in Canada. You will be charged with tax on notebook if your delivery address is in Canada. No other product will be charged with tax for Canadian address.
Pillows, Tote bag and Coffee Mug are produced in the USA. Taxes apply for US addresses.
My order never got to me, what do I do?
Oh no! We hope this won’t happen! But if you think your package is lost, please check tracking info in the shipping confirmation email first. If the tracking info hasn’t been updated ina long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no resolution after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into replacement or store credits.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We are sad to see that you're not happy with our products. :( If you really want to return the item, please do so within 10 days after you receive it. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please send us RETURN REQUEST within 10 days after receiving the item. A confirmation email will be sent to you with returning address in the US or Canada. Unfortunately, return of item is at customer's expense. Once we receive the item back into stock we'll issue a full refund via your original payment method.
